Community action agencies; consultation with neighborhood based organizations
Ind. Code § 12-14-23-8
in effectSec. 8. Each community action agency shall consult neighborhood based organizations composed of:
(1) residents of the area served; or
(2) members of the groups served;
to assist the agency in the planning, conduct, and evaluation of components of the community action program.
