in effectA title insurance policy may not be issued from a search performed by any person other than a title insurance agent, or an employee of a title insurer or title insurance agency, unless that person has in effect an errors and omissions policy that has minimum coverage limits of $250,000 and a deductible that does not exceed $10,000.
