In this subchapter: (1) "Cigarette" has the meaning assigned by Section 154.001 , Tax Code. (1-a) "E-cigarette" has the meaning assigned by Section 161.081 . (1-b) "Minor" means a person under 21 years of age. (2) "Tobacco product" has the meaning assigned by Section 155.001 , Tax Code. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 671, Sec. 3.01, eff. Jan. 1, 1998.
