The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board shall use the job placement information received under this subchapter and other information to: (1) evaluate the effectiveness of workforce education; (2) determine whether a public or private workforce education program is effective in placing persons who successfully complete the program in jobs related to the persons' training; and (3) determine whether to continue, expand, or terminate a program established under Section 61.051 , Education Code.
