The commissioner shall require each insurer to file reinsurance schedules: (1) when the insurer makes the insurer's annual report; and (2) at other times as the commissioner directs. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017 ), Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
