Adult-use cannabis independent testing laboratory defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 678A.045
in effectAdult-use cannabis independent testing laboratory means a facility described in NRS 678B.290 that:
1. Is licensed by the Board pursuant to NRS 678B.250 ; and
2. Tests:
(a) Cannabis intended for the adult use of cannabis.
(b) Adult-use cannabis products.
