Immunity of public safety telecommunicator who completes training requirements
Ind. Code § 36-8-25-12
in effectSec. 12. A public safety telecommunicator who has successfully completed:
(1) a T-CPR training program approved by the department; and
(2) any continuing education requirements;
is immune from civil liability for damages arising out of T-CPR instruction provided to a telephone caller, except for acts or omissions constituting gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct.
