(625 ILCS 5/11-1419.04) Sec. 11-1419.04. Failure to carry a manifest. Any person who acts as a motor carrier and who fails to carry a manifest as provided in Section 5.5 of the Motor Fuel Tax Law is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
