Training program supervision; subjects
Ind. Code § 10-11-6-2
in effectSec. 2. (a) The training program courses shall be conducted under the supervision and direction of the superintendent.
(b) The training programs must include courses of instruction in the following subjects:
(1) Detection, pursuit, apprehension, and conviction of criminals.
(2) Safety and first aid assistance.
(3) Any other subject the superintendent considers appropriate.
