10.64.040 Permits required. A. It is unlawful to operate or cause to be operated a horse-drawn vehicle for hire within the city unless the operating permit required by this chapter shall have first been obtained. B. It is unlawful to drive a horse-drawn vehicle for hire within the city unless the driver's permit required by this chapter shall have first been obtained. C. It is unlawful to operate or drive any horse-drawn vehicle for hire in the city unless the vehicle permit required by this chapter shall have first been obtained. (Prior code § 25.12.252)
