Applicability
Ind. Code § 12-11-13-1
in effectSec. 1. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), this chapter applies only to an individual who:
(1) has a disability; and
(2) receives services administered by the bureau.
(b) This chapter does not apply to an individual served by the long term care ombudsman program established under IC 12-10-13.
