15.1-21-22. Required reading of historical documents Before a student is deemed to have successfully completed either United States government or problems of democracy, as required by section 15.1-21-02.1, the student's school district shall ensure that the student has read the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.
