Ind. Code § 21-38-11-1 "Faculty governance organization"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "faculty governance organization" means a body of members selected to represent faculty of a state educational institution. As added by P.L.213-2025, SEC.268.

Sec. 2. A faculty governance organization meeting at which the members of the faculty governance organization make a motion or vote on a matter must be open to the public. As added by P.L.213-2025, SEC.268.
