5.12.030 Application fee. The application for license referred to in Section 5.12.040 of this chapter shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee established by resolution of the city council. This fee shall be in addition to any fee or tax imposed by Chapter 3.08 of this code. (Prior code § 5.07.071-1)
