(20 ILCS 1807/112) Sec. 112. Article 112. Drunkenness and other incapacitation offenses. (a) Any person subject to this Code who is found drunk on duty shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. (b) Any person subject to this Code who, as a result of indulgence in any alcoholic beverage or any drug, is incapacitated for the proper performance of duty shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. (c) Any person subject to this Code who is a prisoner and, while in such status, is drunk shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. (Source: P.A. 101-367, eff. 8-9-19.)
