(705 ILCS 110/2) (from Ch. 37, par. 329) Sec. 2. Any person violating Section 1 of this Act shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined $50 for the first offense by any court having jurisdiction and $100 for the second offense, and if such violation is by a county or probate clerk then he may also be removed from his office.
