Ind. Code § 20-25.7-3-1 Applicability of definitions

Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout this article. As added by P.L.214-2015, SEC.2.

Ind. Code § 20-25.7-3-2 "Board"

Sec. 2. "Board" refers to the governing body (as defined in IC 20-18-2-5) of a school corporation. As added by P.L.214-2015, SEC.2.

Ind. Code § 20-25.7-3-3 "Eligible school"

Sec. 3. "Eligible school" means a school that is part of a school corporation. As added by P.L.214-2015, SEC.2.

Ind. Code § 20-25.7-3-4 "Innovation network school"

Sec. 4. "Innovation network school" means a school operated by an innovation network team under this article. As added by P.L.214-2015, SEC.2.

Ind. Code § 20-25.7-3-5 "Innovation network team"

Sec. 5. "Innovation network team" means the entity or individuals responsible for the operations of an innovation network school within a school corporation. As added by P.L.214-2015, SEC.2.

Ind. Code § 20-25.7-3-6 "Participating innovation network charter school"

Sec. 6. "Participating innovation network charter school" means a charter school whose organizer enters into an agreement under IC 20-25.7-5 to have the charter school participate as an innovation network school. As added by P.L.214-2015, SEC.2.
