In all actions brought under this chapter or chapter 26.26A RCW, bills for pregnancy, childbirth, and genetic testing shall: (1) Be admissible as evidence without requiring third-party foundation testimony; and (2) Constitute prima facie evidence of amounts incurred for such services or for testing on behalf of the child.
