(815 ILCS 121/120) Sec. 120. Judicial review. All final administrative decisions of the Department under this Act, all amendments and modifications of final administrative decisions, and any rules adopted by the Department pursuant to this Act shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law.
