Oath of members [Repealed effective July 1, 2021].
Miss. Code Ann. § 41-3-3
repealedEach person appointed as a member of the State Board of Health shall immediately take the oath prescribed by Section 268 of the Constitution and file a certificate thereof in the Office of the Secretary of State. Thereupon a commission shall be issued to him under the terms as specified in Section 41-3-1.
