"Trained employee"
Ind. Code § 15-16-1.5-79
in effectSec. 79. "Trained employee" means any individual who:
(1) is operating as an employee, agent, or contractor of a certified applicator; and
(2) has received training required under IC 15-16-2.5-5(b) to use fertilizer material under the supervision of the certified applicator.
