Investment in banking facility, furniture, and fixtures - Limitation A state banking association may not invest more than sixty-five percent of the amount of its unimpaired capital stock, surplus, and undivided profits in a banking facility, furniture, fixtures, and equipment without the approval of the commissioner or the state banking board.
