in effectA certificate of insurance issued regarding a contract or policy of property or casualty insurance, other than a group master policy, which is delivered or issued for delivery in this State:
1. Does not constitute any part of the contract or policy of insurance; and
2. Does not amend any term or alter or extend any coverage, exclusion or condition of the contract or policy of insurance.
