705 ILCS 405/3-20
in effect(705 ILCS 405/3-20) (from Ch. 37, par. 803-20) Sec. 3-20. Evidence. At the adjudicatory hearing, the court shall first consider only the question whether the minor is a person requiring authoritative intervention. The standard of proof and the rules of evidence in the nature of civil proceedings in this State are applicable to Section 3-3. (Source: P.A. 85-601.)
