§13–4907. IN EFFECT // EFFECTIVE UNTIL NOVEMBER 30, 2027 PER CHAPTERS 290, 291, AND 369 OF 2023 // On or before November 1, 2027, the Department shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the Department’s findings and recommendations from the Pilot Program.
