10.12.070 Use of skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, coasters, toy vehicles and similar devices.

A. No person upon a skateboard, roller skates, in-line skates, a coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device, shall go upon any privately owned property in the city without the prior consent of the owner thereof. B. Violation of this section is an infraction. The penalty for a first violation is a twenty-five dollars ($25.00) fine; for a second violation within one year, the penalty is a seventy-five dollars ($75.00) fine; for each additional violation within one year of any preceding violation, the penalty is a one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) fine.
