10.12.080 Animal-drawn vehicles.
No person shall ride any animal or drive any animal-drawn vehicle into or within the central traffic district between the hours of seven a.m. and nine a.m. or four p.m. and six p.m. of any day. This prohibition shall not apply in Old Sacramento or to horse-drawn vehicles carrying school groups to and from Old Sacramento and other points of historical or educational interest.
