10.36.190 Authority to mark off individual parking spaces.
The parking manager shall mark off individual parking spaces wherever parking meters are in place and at other locations where they are necessary to promote orderly parking. Such parking spaces shall be designated by lines painted and durably marked on the surface of the street. No person shall park any vehicle across any line or marking or a parking space or in such a position that the vehicle shall not be entirely within the area designated by such lines or markings, except that oversize vehicles and vehicles with trailers may occupy two spaces.
