10.64.060 Application for operating permit.

A. An application for the operating permit required by this chapter shall be made to the director on forms to be provided by the city. Such application shall include: 1. The name and business address of the applicant; 2. A description of the vehicles to be operated under the permit; 3. Identification of the animals which will pull the vehicles; 4. Evidence that the applicant has paid a city business operations tax; 5. Whether the applicant intends to operate within Old Sacramento; 6. A certification that neither the applicant nor the applicant's key staff is involved in the operation or management of more than one horse-drawn vehicle operation operating in Old Sacramento; 7. Such additional information bearing on the proposed operation as the director may require. (Prior code § 25.12.254)
