10.68.070 Off-road permit expiration and renewal.
A. Each permit issued hereunder shall be nontransferable, shall expire one year after date of issuance, and may be renewed as provided in the following subsection. B. A permit may be renewed from year to year upon payment of a fee established by resolution of the city council; provided however, that the renewal may be granted, conditioned or denied in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.68.040 of this chapter.
