10.80.020 Golf cart transportation plan adoption and requirements.
The city may adopt by resolution a golf cart transportation plan as allowed by Streets and Highways Code Section 1953. Any golf cart transportation plan shall, as a minimum, comply with all requirements as set forth in Streets and Highways Code Sections 1955, 1957 and 1961. (Ord. 2003-004 § 1)
