12.104.150 Defacing property.
No person shall willfully deface, damage, destroy, or remove any sign, notice, barrier, structure, improvement, dock, or other property upon the docks that is owned, maintained, or controlled by the city, other governmental agency, or any person pursuant to a permit or agreement with the city.
