12.104.180 Loading or unloading of passengers for hire.
A. No person shall load or unload or allow the loading or unloading of passengers for hire from any vessel, commercial or otherwise, upon the docks. B. Subsection A does not apply to vessels operating under the terms of a concession agreement, lease, license, or other permit issued by the city. (Ord. 2022-0012 § 2)
