12.32.150 Notice of hearing.
The director of finance shall cause notice of the hearing before the lien hearing office to be mailed to an owner who requests a hearing. Notice shall be mailed not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing. The notice shall be mailed to the address of the owner as shown on the last equalized assessment roll or such other address of the owner as may be known to the director of finance. (Ord. 2010-010 § 2)
