12.68.010 Designation of city cemetery.
The tract of land bounded by Riverside Boulevard, Broadway, Muir Way, and the Masonic Cemetery, having heretofore been set apart and dedicated solely for burial purposes, is hereby designated the Historic City Cemetery of the city of Sacramento. (Ord. 2002-020 § 1, 2002)
