12.88.050 Application for permission to conduct certain businesses-Payment of fees and charges.

Any person wishing to use the airport as a base for conducting a business or engaging in any form of commercial activity shall first make application in writing and secure permission from the airport manager, and shall pay such fees and charges established by resolution of the city council for the use of the airport or any of its facilities thereon, or for services rendered.
