12.88.060 Application for permission to use airport for purpose of utilizing professional skill for remuneration or reward-Payment of fees and charges.
Any person wishing to use the airport for the purpose of utilizing the professional skill of himself or herself or his or her employees, for remuneration or reward, shall first make application in writing, and secure permission from the airport manager, and shall pay such fees and charges therefor as established by resolution of the city council for the use of the airport, its facilities, or for services rendered.
