12.88.070 Limitation on number of fixed base operators.
Fixed base operators may be limited in number consistent with space availability, or other limiting factors which may be dictated by good business practices in airport operations. Such limitations or restrictions are subject to approval by the city manager. Fixed base operators or other business firms shall not engage in any commercial activity on the airport other than that for which he or she has received official approval from the airport manager.
