12.88.130 Compliance with rules and regulations required-Enforcement of regulations-Termination of rights and privileges.

It is further ordered by the council that all fixed base operators, aircraft and engine repair shop operators, concessionaires and airmen at the airport shall abide by the rules and regulations as herein announced and also all other persons having business at the airport shall be guided accordingly, and it shall be the duty of the airport manager to enforce the same and to terminate the rights and privileges of any person on the airport premises failing to abide by them. No person shall navigate any aircraft over, land upon or take off from, or service, repair or maintain any aircraft on the airport, or conduct any operation on or from the airport, otherwise than in conformity with these rules and regulations and those of the FAA.
