13.04.230 Structures overlying city utilities.
No permanent structure (including without limitation garages, patios, concrete slabs, tool shed and similar structures) shall be constructed on top of water, sewer or drainage pipelines or anywhere within the associated utility easements, unless approved by the director upon execution of a hold harmless agreement approved by the city attorney.
