13.08.240 Structures overlying public utilities.
No permanent structure (including without limitation garages, patios, concrete slabs, tool sheds and similar structures) shall be constructed on top of public water, sewer or drainage pipelines or anywhere within any associated utility easements, unless approved by the director upon execution of a hold harmless agreement approved by the city attorney.
