13.10.690 Administration by Old Sacramento management board.
The city council may enter into an agreement with the Old Sacramento management board for the purpose of providing administrative services relating to the collection services agreement and other matters involving the business of the district. The agreement may include provisions allowing for initiation of enforcement actions by the board.
