15.120.230 Application of state and local subdivision regulations.
All provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the state of California and Title 16 of this code (Subdivisions) shall apply to property which has been designated by the council as a project site for experimental residential housing except to the extent that such provisions are waived, varied or modified by the provisions of this article or the procedures prescribed herein.
