15.120.280 Minor subdivisions.
The filing of a parcel map is not required for property which has been designated as a project site for experimental residential housing and which is divided into four or less parcels. Such divisions of land shall be approved in advance by resolution adopted by the city council. Each such resolution shall contain a finding that the proposed division of land complies with the requirements as to area, improvement and design, flood and water and drainage control, appropriate improvement, public roads, secondary disposal facilities, water supply availability, environmental protection, and other requirements of the Subdivision Map Act, and Title 16 of this code.
