15.140.030 Permit to establish an auto and trailer camp-Application.

All persons desiring to establish and operate an auto and trailer camp within the city limits shall request and obtain a permit from the health department before maintaining or operating any such auto or trailer camp. All applications shall be upon a form as may be prescribed by the health officer, and, among other things, shall set forth the following: A. That no dangerous conditions, either to life or health, will be allowed to exist; B. That no overcrowding at any camp will be allowed; C. That adequate plumbing and waste and sewage disposal facilities will be built and properly maintained; D. That the camp will be operated in a clean and sanitary manner. (Prior code § 44.02.003)
