15.144.030 Required.
It is unlawful for any person to erect or maintain within the city any tent or canvas covered structure with the intent that such structure shall be used for a place of assembly in violation of the limitations and requirements of a permit issued pursuant to Section 15.144.050 of this chapter or without first having secured a permit to do so.
