15.144.050 Issuance.
A. If the fire chief finds that the provisions of Sections 15.144.010 and 15.144.020 of this chapter are complied with, or will be complied with for the erection of the structure, he or she shall issue a permit to erect or maintain such structure, conditioned upon such reasonable limitations and requirements as he or she may deem necessary for the safety of persons and property. B. Such permit shall specify the limitations and requirements under which it is granted, including the provisions of Section 15.144.010. (Prior code § 43.02.005)
