15.144.090 Revocation.
The permit to occupy provided for in this article may be revoked at any time by the fire chief, upon a finding by him or her that such structure, or the premises on which it is located, are being maintained in violation of any of the provisions of the permit granted herein, or any of the provisions of this chapter, or in such a manner as to constitute a fire hazard.
