15.144.110 Attendance of fire equipment.
If the fire chief decides that the attendance of fire equipment at the location of the structure during the use of such structure as a place of assembly is necessary for the safety of persons and property, the fire chief shall require, as a prerequisite to the issuance of the permit required by Section 15.144.060 of this chapter, that the applicant deposit with the city clerk a sum equal to the reasonable value of the use of the equipment and the furnishing of the necessary personnel for such time as required, in order to reimburse the city for such expense.
