15.60.020 Permit required.
No person shall install a mobilehome, which is required by the state of California to be moved under a permit, on any site within the city for the purpose of human habitation or occupancy as a dwelling without first obtaining a permit from the director therefor. Failure to obtain a permit before starting work on the installation of a mobilehome shall be considered a willful violation of this code and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor.
